Anyone can suddenly find themselves having to deal with unemployment.

Our tips and advice will help you cope and get a new  job fast.

What to do if you become unemployed ...

Take action immediately. Don't just hope that a new job will come along and everything will be fine. It may be several weeks or even months before you find a new job, and in the meantime you might get into debt, or even be unable to pay your bills.

Help is available from the government. Part of
your National Insurance Contributions (NICs) go towards unemployment benefit. So, when you become unemployed you can make a claim.
